In our clinic we use Medevio, a secure form of communication with patients. It is available as a web and mobile application. You can deal with all non-urgent requests with us that you would otherwise deal with by phone or email. This will make our communication faster and safer.
You no longer have to repeatedly call the ambulance, where we cannot take the call because we are attending to another patient. You can also send requests outside of working hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Due to the protection of personal data, it will no longer be possible to communicate via Messenger, Whatsapp and similar applications. We believe that the new method of communication will suit you and save time for all of us. Thank you very much for your understanding.

How to reach us?
Tram: The nearest stop is "Vinohradská tržnice". You can get there by trams number 11 and 13. After getting off the tram, continue walking north along Slavíkova Street until you reach number 15. The journey on foot takes approximately 3-5 minutes.
Subway: The nearest metro station is Jiřího z Poděbrady (line A). From the exit of the metro, walk along Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrady to the west towards Slavíkova Street. Then continue south on this street until you reach number 15.
By car: If you are driving, be prepared for the fact that parking in this area may be limited, as you are in the central part of Prague. It is recommended to find nearby paid parking or use residential zones if possible.
If you are in a nearby location in Vinohrady, you can easily get there on foot. The address is located in a quiet residential area near Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrady, which is known for its architecture and cafes. Our surgery is easily accessible by public transport and is located in a popular part of Vinohrady, making it an easily accessible destination.
